A little about the Owners/ Managers:

          Rocky and L'dell Martin have been married for 26 years, Rocky grew up in and around Beaumont, Texas. Fishing on the Gulf Coast was a regular family pass time. As a boy the life of a beach bum was the way he wanted to go, but as with most, we grow up and find some of our dreams have to be put on hold while we raise our families. Rocky became a union ironworker and traveled with the family for several years. But the Texas Gulf Coast was never far from his mind, once the family settled in the Dallas area, he began driving to the coast as many weekends as possible in order to fish and the dream of having a business on the water slowly started becoming reality.

           L'dell is a west Texas girl, horses, cattle and long trips to the north western states were the norm for her, she met Rocky the summer of 1980 in Bay City, Texas where they were married 2 years later and were blessed with two daughters Amanda and Evy. Family vacations normally included fishing, whether it was camping on the beach or staying out on the pier all weekend.

With the children grown Rocky and L'dell have started a new journey Rocky's RV Park and Fishing Pier, come and join them and see their dreams unfold.

About the Greens 

Jerry and Jean Green, relocated to High Island from Garland, Texas. After several months of spending most weekends on the beach they decided to make it home, being semi-retired they discovered the beach life is a perfect fit. With over 35 years of marriage under their belt the Texas Gulf Coast has become their new home.

 This couple has been a real asset to Rocky's, come and meet the Greens and spend a day on the beach.
